damn if I had known it was like that I would've been in here last fall when I went through the show for the first time lol

 

maybe the greatest series finale of any show I've ever seen?

Such a damn good series

 

I don't think any show has topped International Assassin.

 

It still hurts that this show never even won an Emmy meanwhile Claire Foy wins an Emmy for 1 minute and 49 seconds of screen time on The Crown. SMH

 

Started a rewatch last night since the thread got bumped

 

sorry but they can't not give all the awards to The Crown, it's in the Emmy bylaws

 

Still my favorite drama ever. Gonna rewatch this in October.

Great now I legally have to start a rewatch.

 

Been steadily working my way through this show for first time over the last month. Coincidentally, I’m at the point where if I commit to one episode per weekday I will watch the series finale on Oct 14. I mean, I’m not not gonna lean into that

 

Just spend all of October playing this in your brain and it’ll make everything about your life a little spookier.

 

also, if I’m doing my math right, I just realized what episode you should be watching tonight and…

 

Hahaha. On second look I actually goofed up the math — I watched the season 2 finale on Friday. Had to at least let that one sit and marinate for a few days. So I’ll be starting season 3 tomorrow night to be on track!

 

ah well then, you already know the greatness of International Assassin haha. What a fucking episode of television that was to see the first time.

Season 3 is great too. I really need to rewatch 2 and 3 sometime soon. we started a couple rewatches here and there and always got through season 1 before getting side tracked

 

Probably my favorite ep of tv ive ever watched live. That, or Twin Peaks The Return Part 8

 

Some good band needs to write a song that musically interprets International Assassin, title it as such, and blow all of our minds.

 

Unless I suddenly depart before this evening, will be watching the series finale later. No idea what to expect
