I marathoned the first two seasons pretty quick, so I didn't realize that. Hadn't seen her in forever.

With Bates Motel also ending (done tonight), I'm hoping Cuse and Lindelof work together again on a project.

 

Hoping we get some answers today regarding how people in Australia know about Kevin

 

Seemed pretty clear to me that those scenes are in the future and it's to be assumed that the Book of Kevin has spread as a "New, New Testament" or something.

 

It can't be in the future. The weather report says they are like 3 days away from the Departure anniversary.

 

The scene at the end of the last episode is present day though, because the news broadcast was talking about the upcoming anniversary of the Departure

 

We know Kevin Sr. and Matt are close so it's not too out there to think Matt has been talking with him about The Book of Kevin. And word is spreading.

 

That's what I have been thinking too

 

I missed this completely, but did it specify it was the anniversary of the Departure in the same year that it is in "present day" Miracle?

Like, couldn't it be 10 years in the future + 3 days until the anniversary of the Departure?

 

I'd need to rewatch it but I believe it specified that it was the seven year anniversary.

Yeah. Michael closes the laptop when Kevin walks in which makes me think the same thing.

 

I was a week late on episode 2, but that means I get to watch episode 3 in just a few hours!!

This felt more like a season opener than Book of Kevin did.
