The Lawrence Arms - We Are the Champions Of The World -Out March 30th

 

Never really got into their discography from before Oh Calcutta so I'll take a greatest hits record.

 

Really pumped for this new tour. The Chicago show will be so much fun. Gotta imagine G-man will do an after show of some kind. A Turnspit set afterwards would be tight.

 

Seeing them twice on this tour. Not often the Lawrence Arms roll through the east coast. Psyched

 

Just realized Cleveland is sold out! Nice

 

Anyone go to the Boston show last night?

I'm assuming they're just playing stuff from the greatest hits album or maybe the whole thing?

 

I'm sure they will play the new songs, but could see them mixing up some of the other songs. At least I hope so because I want to see First Eviction Notice (as always).

 

I'm pretty surprised that's not on the comp

 

Yeah, I was surprised they put Brickwall on there instead eviction.

Playing Neshaminy Creek August 2nd!!!

 

Jealous of those going to that Neshaminy Creek show. What is the cap on their shows?

Very ready to see them with Bad Religion and her new music.

 

October Blood is a Top 5 song for me of all time. I feel like it was written for me

 

Totally forgot that there’s a new album in the works !!!

 

It’s way up there for me too. Possibly my favorite TLA song. It’s too short and I wish there was more of it, which I’m sure is intentional given the theme of the record.

 

Saw them on Saturday night, they sounded exceptionally tight. Stoked for a new album

 

Being that they are the champions of the world that sounds about right. Excited to see them in Cleveland!

 

Metropole is such a classic, listening to it right now. What a gem of a band.
