Has anybody heard/have/found Andrew McMahon's Japanese bonus tracks "Throwing Punches" and "Rich Kids with Summer Jobs" from Zombies On Broadway? Can't find them anywhere! His bonus tracks are always some of his best work. Thanks!

It is billed as one of their most essential performances but you cannot purchase it ala carte because it is over 10 minutes long so you have to spend $12.95 to get the entire concert.
