SECRET HEADQUARTERS starting Owen Wilson and the hilarious latino dude from Ant Man who’s name I don’t remmeber
I actually just started playing TLOU2 for the first time since it came out, I wanted to play it in the context of seeing how the show might tackle it Plus gotta refresh my memory for my non-game player writeups next season
Got Carnival row S2 going (which has been a surprisingly good show for how little hype and poorly reviewed it seemed) and it's off to a pretty good start picking up where S1 ended. I don't really like the main character (Orlando Bloom's), but I like the overall plot enough to keep going. Mainly been playing Cyberpunk 2077 though. I got about half way through on PC and have switched to Console (PS5) and I love it. The combat is goofy, and the enemies are pretty unsatisfying bullet sponges, but the city, the characters, and the overall vibe of the world just sucks me in and I plan on finishing the main quest in the next couple of weeks. I think I can do it in about 30-40 hours if I don't do the side gigs, just the 'main' side quests. I'm almost through the first act where a not so secret guest actor makes his first appearance. I tried Edge runners (the Cyberpunk show), and will go back to it, but what I watched was super zany and out there and over the top, and I wasn't quite feeling the style and tone but like I said, I'll give it another go once done with the game story.
Super annoying but will be a good metric for showtime and how far they lag behind HBO. Though besides television aficionados, is there much overlap in fan base?
