They did a great job with the feel of the Jackson community from the game in general. Can't wait to see how they adapt the WLF football stadium compound in Seattle later
I could’ve sworn we don’t see the dude call them the slur in the game right? We just hear about that encounter?
I haven't played the game in so long that I can't remember how everything played out in the game, I think it's like all just chronological in my head now.
We do. It's cut out of order in the game. You get the dance up untill Dina's convo and then it fades into something else and then the rest of the dance (including Seth's slur) later. EDIT - Already answered - WITH video evidence :)
He’s only in that one scene in the game, right? Not sure why we need to delve into his backstory. It’s not like there’s a shortage of story to film here.
I just remember when they leave on the route he packs them sandwiches, they call them bigot sandwiches. They explain why
It's honestly gross and flat out bullying. It started on just troll subreddits, but now just generic meme accounts that seemingly have no connection to the game, are posting memes that are highly exaggerating their facial features and comparing them to rather unflattering characters elsewhere. It's mean and uncalled for and I hate that side of the internet. Call me a snowflake, whatever. Look - I get it for fuckers like JD Vance / Charlie kirk etc. (Aka earned the hatred), but I don't understand what Bella has done whatsoever besides not meet peoples expectations of Ellie from the game. It appears they have thick skin though but just sad someone has to go through that. I get it - They're not Ellie from the game (in appearance or personality), but I have enjoyed the show version and think it works on pretty much every level what they've done to translate it to TV. It's just a differently written Ellie.
