I mean, yeah when the episode got going it was obvious, but I meant in the overall scheme of the show and storylines, seemed out of nowhere
The Kristen Wiig ep gave me pilot vibes. She was great. I'm always bummed to see another Asian character on TV go, but damn at least this show doesn't play it safe. "What pills?" "Ehhhit's a classic mix-and-match."
I feel like the "This show isn't afraid to kill off characters!" praise is unwarranted when it's always very clear someone isn't going to last. None of the main cast (yes, even Gail) are never in danger. I was actually surprised Louis was around as long as he was. That being said, the show is still great.
Pretty sure he was billed as a guest star during both seasons he was in And this is hardly concrete but the Wikipedia page lists him apart from the main cast: The Last Man on Earth (TV series) - Wikipedia
The funniest and most touching scenes in this show are the funeral scenes. This latest one had me as good as the fake one for Tandy.
Tandy's conversation with God was so perfect... and the dino suit behind him with his tiny dino hands in prayer made me chuckle. This show is beyond amazing at mixing pathos with humor. I hope it never loses that quality down the road. I've grown to love and cherish all these characters and so I do hope Gail is alive. Was so sad to see Lewis go, but I'll never forget him.
honestly thought the melissa story from last night was some of the best stuff this show has ever done. also kristen wiig is in the woods behind carol
Good episode I loved when Gail came back in rough shape and they all thought she was just drunk/hung over
