Oh man what an episode. Loved the Hamm cameo, I will never not find them hilarious. That ending was wild, had me on the edge of my seat
I lost it at Tandy's eyebrows. Great season premiere, Hamm's cameo was ace and Pat giving Gail the jeans was gold.
I watched the episode this morning but last night some publication on Facebook teased a Mad Men reunion, so it was quite obvious who'd it be.
Unpopular opinion: bored of Jon Hamm cameos. Love the dude, but it's not interesting or surprising anymore. When he got shot, I was already saying "they're going to unmask him and it'll be Jon Hamm." But other than that, absolutely fantastic premiere.
I'm not really tired of them, but they annoy me because he's such a good comedic actor that I want him to stick around! I'd really love for him to have a starring role in something like this or Brooklyn 9-9.
Really liked this weeks episode. The fake fight scene was truly something special. I don't think Pat is alive though. My guess would be a new person enters the picture and took the body for whatever reason
He seems smart so I hope he eventually gels with the group a little more and kinda drops the whole "cut-throat logic" thing. Understandable he'd be a little extreme given the circumstances he's been in with Pat though.
Loved the first two episodes. That 2nd ep, hahaha wow. Cringe comedy is back! Sidebar: one of my moms best friends is apparently longtime buddies w/ Kenneth Choi!
The last episode was great. Loved the unexpected 'group' moment at the end, I think everyone's finally embraced Tandy's 'eager to please' personality. Also, when Tandy was investigating Pat's body with the four-barred dummies was gold. "Take your hat off!"
The quick cut of Tandy tossing the body in the trash killed me and was a perfect shot before cutting to commercial.
Very curious where this season will go. I wish it was hour long episodes. It's very story heavy for a half hour comedy, constantly left wishing there was more time
