Can't wait to talk about how this movie was enjoyable enough but could have really benefitted from having about 30 minutes trimmed from its middle third.

Yeah, the day Apatow finds himself with a good editor will be glorious

Apatow is too up his own ass to learn how to condense his films.

Honestly excited for this. Apatow has been involved with some great stuff recently (Love, Popstar, Big Sick) and Pete is awesome and could use a movie like this to jump to the next level.

All his movies have a good amount of genuine emotion so I’m sure this will at least be good enough to choke me up. I’m in.

Love was great, but it totally showed that a tv show is a better format for him at times. Though Funny People is underrated

Funny People would've been his opus were it not for his aforementioned flaws

I love everything he’s done except for a select few, so I’m in. Hopefully we get a Crashing movie at some point too.

Funny People is my favorite of his, but it failed because it completely changes the plot halfway through.

Mine's 40YOV. It's the only one where I can say doesn't need to be any shorter. Holds up better than it has right to as well

Knocked Up remains his best film as a director.

The only hope I’d have for a Crashing movie is Pete Holmes goes so far up his own ass that he’s never seen or heard from again.

Runtime appears to currently be 136 minutes, as par the course with an Apatow directed film

I would love for some studio exec to put a clamp down on Apatow and force him to trim his movies down to 90-100 minutes.

Love Apatow but Pete’s been doing everything he can to make me dislike him. Will have to wait for reviews on this one.
