I do have a question, what is Flowers waiting for on these solo albums? He supposedly has 2 in the can and I believe at least one has been done for years. Can we, like, get one of these this year please?

when I went to bed last night I thought we'd have this or at least some word about it when I got up

 

Seems like the album or at least a single is going to be called THRASHER

I saw the album described somewhere as a Country or Country-adjacent album which is very intriguing to me but also concurrently something I very much doubt is accurate. I'm expecting it to sound like Pressure Machine.

 

I'd also be thrilled if it sounds like his other 2 solo albums, both of which I think are top-tier

 

Yeah, I’d be very happy if this sounded like The Desired Effect personally, I still think that album was really underrated.

 

Yes and that album is even better with the title track (which technically is not on the album) tacked on.

 

I like both his solo albums just as much as a typical Killers album.

 

Will never not be annoyed that "The Desired Effect" isn't actually on that album. It's a B+ album for me overall, but that would take it to an A-.

 

The ever-rare “cut one of the best songs but also keep it as the album name” move. Have seen that happen more than once amazingly
