Hell yea. The first verse makes me think about my grandparents. The second makes me think of my parents raising me. The third makes me think about myself. Something else. And referring to life as “the Pressure Machine” is exquisite

Maybe if they spent more time on it they could have written a second verse

 

“Mr. Brightside” doesn’t NEED a second verse.

 

The “JUST FINE” in the 2nd verse is all that’s needed for the second verse!
