    Can't believe you like Heaven is Whenever so much. I like the opener, weekenders, we can get together... and unfortunately that's about it.

    "Sweet Part of the City," "Soft in the Center," "The Weekenders," "Hurricane J," and "Our Whole Lives" are all among my favorite Hold Steady songs. That album was also in constant rotation during the best summer of my life, so I think back on it very fondly.

    Nice write up. Sam's Town is phenomenal.

    I'm one of those Killers fans that you mention being confused when it was first released, but have grown to consider it my favorite release of theirs. Nothing comes close for me.

    Will need to investigate Boys & Girls.
