If that’s what you want to believe then go for it but it’s very obvious to me that the info is coming from Joe’s team. Some of the statements from a few days ago were directly mentioned in Joe’s filing from today.
He’s asking for joint custody though? Again this all seems like pretty standard divorce stuff to me. Information like his kids currently being with him on tour would be relevant in ANY divorce proceeding… I don’t see it as being malicious the way you seem to think. Seems easy enough to confirm that information, and again, I don’t think that makes her a bad mother, could easily just be that she’s working and he’s had more flexibility recently to make time for them.
Of course all of that is necessary to a divorce proceeding. What isn’t necessary is telling that to TMZ before filing.
These TMZ reports that are obviously sourced from his camp are framing her as an absent mother by stating that he's been with them for months. I heard that she's filming in England but they unsurprisingly left that pretty important piece of info out.

Yeah, last album was quite a letdown follow up to their phenomenal come back album. Honestly forgot about it and thought you were talking about Happiness Begins before looking up their discography. But I'm still quite bitter about them working with Rascal Flatts after they (RF) played at Trumps inauguration ball this year.
I still think there’s some fun songs on the last album, but they definitely should’ve been fleshed out way more - also tired of the trend of short songs in pop music. The new single is a great sign, my favorite song from them in years.
I do really like Waffle House, but most of the songs on that album felt like ideas for a song that they never bothered to make into an actual song, like when artists do a voice note of a song idea so they don't forget it before they get a chance to go make the actual song
The lead single, the Wings one, was the epitome of the problem. There's actually great parts of the song but it's stitched together in a baffling way
Heat of the Moment and Bully are two late great songs, but overall the new one is kind of directionless
On first listen I felt like the first few songs were pretty strong then the album falls apart for the rest of the runtime
