Wow, they just announced a Broadway residency that starts in 3 weeks. Going to be impossible to get tickets but I’m hoping to get for the Lines, Vines and Trying Times show.

 

"Wings" is a baffling song. They pack SO many different things into less than two minutes, what the hell. There are some fucking great parts (those harmonies) but each part lasts so short. This song is begging to be twice as long. I know the kids love short songs, but this is kinda ridiculous.

song would be dope if it was one minute longer, but it sorta just... stops? lol

 

Let me into the Little Bit Longer show on Broadway.

 

I still really enjoy the song overall but yeah, it should absolutely be longer. Keeping it just under 2 minutes was a very strange choice. The musical direction they’re going in is very intriguing to me though I will say.

 

Yeah in theory the musical direction is cool, but the song composition is not

Yeah this album is so enjoyable. The songs are all so good. It is a little bit weird that they are all so short, but it works for most of them. Such a fun album.

 

Whole album is really fun, I especially love that they went for it on the closer… phenomenal track

 

Hehe I was coming in here to say how absolutely terrible this is haha!! I thought Wings was the messiest song I've heard all year then Summer in the Hamptons took that title away

 

God fucking damn it Steve!
