Goodness Pt 1 makes it a million times better as a song too with that context behind it

 

Christian was also wearing a Los Campesinos! Soccer jersey at the gig tonight and that made me the happiest person ever. My favourite American band repping my favourite UK band, love it.

In London he did Goodness Pt 1 a cappella before they did goodness pt 2, was so epic

Do you guys think we're gonna see one more song released or a stream? I'm kinda hoping for a single release of Goodness Pt. 2 so the album release cycle finishes the way it began with the release of Goodness Pt. 1. That'd be a really cool way to see this record kick off, but I also really just wanna hear the whole album.

 

I highly doubt there will be another song released. They may not even stream either

I could see them still releasing a song. Modern Baseball released Wedding Singer last Friday, then streamed the record today, and it comes out Friday.

I really just wanna see some cool stuff that brings this whole release together. Between the album trailer, having Goodness Pt. 1 lead off the album release, and all the cool symbolism behind the album I feel like they could do something really special. Last night I watched the trailer again and was reading the paragraph about the album on the preorder page and realized how well everything has come together for this release.

 

i just want the calendar to say "May 27th" more than i want a stream to go up, and more than i want a new single...

 

Probably some sort of live video of the record for later down the line?

They were incredible in Manchester tonight. I basically finished my University degree today so it was a pretty good way to celebrate. Had a lovely chat with Sam about Goodness, also they apparently browse this forum from time to time haha.

I can ask about the live session if I see them hanging around when I see them (again) on Thursday!
