Someone posted this digicore remix of Scope to Christian’s Twitter a little while ago and and it’s pretty sick https://on.soundcloud.com/xcAkHDwtdSmjRhFC9
I played settle the scar at an open mic last night. was fun. maybe my most favorite song to play on guitar.
Aren’t they playing shows in Japan this year? So they are still a band but their activeness is questionable since I don’t think they have done much if anything since pre-2020.
Home like no place was one of my favorites when I found it. I was in between warm-love for goodness. Surprisingly I’ve never checked out their debut. Is it worth 30 mins to dig into?
I'd been somehow avoiding for such a long time too, maybe cause I'd been aware it's way more pop punk, and though I do love the genre, I didn't feel the need to get it from the creators of Home and Goodness hahh - but - it is so worth it. Like @cherrywaves said it's really just a better version of what most bands would come up with at that time
Huge fan of Lonely Hearts Club too, especially when Christian’s vocals kick in after the first chorus. Vacancy too, whole album is solid.
It's basically a perfect album. Nite Ratz, Title Track and Weathered are top tier Still Water Spectacle and I'm Gone are probably the only ones I'd say aren't great
it’s good, listened to it a year or so back and liked it more than I ever had prior. imo tho it pales in comparison to the two after. still don’t love the other vocalist and think a lot of aspects of the album are sloppy in execution, but there are some really incredible moments throughout.
Guess it's time to run through the discography again. They played my college a week after my first semester and it is one of my favorite memories during such a transitional period. I can't even begin to rank them. They all hit right at different times.
