Heard that there's some planned dates with Foxing this fall.

 

i thought foxing was dead

 

They just said they were taking a break this year from touring. They're still very much a band

 

yeah twitter absolutely ran amok when they simply stated they are going to be returning to normal life for a little while after the christmas TBS shows

 

Yeah, they're currently working on their next album.

 

Shocking that people in a band are actually, ya know, people

Anyone that knows Sweetwater knows that customer service is relentless so this is making me cackle.

 

Goodness

 

I think Goodness is the best but is Home more acclaimed? I genuinely don't know.

 

I prefer Home but thats not remotely a slant against Goodness’ greatness

 

Home is singlehandedly responsible for renewing my love for the genre, but I think Goodness is the better overall record

The highs on Home are just so damn good and, for what is still a relatively new record, has such a classic vibe to it that I hold it in the same sentimental/emotional space as stuff I discovered in my more formative music years

 

I think Goodness is the better album but Dendron and Intro might be better than any songs on goodness.

 

There's like 5 songs on Home I'd take over anything on Goodness, and Goodness has a lot of fantastic songs!

 

My only problem with Home is that I overplayed the hell out of it

 

Home is an album that I need to be in a particular mood/headspace to get into it and then I absolutely love it.

Goodness, on the other hand, I can throw on at any time and it just transports me.

 

Both are HOFers, (the debut is pretty good too!)

 

this is me and a few of my friends that mostly grew out of the genre

 

Christian opened for Emperor X at the Ukie Club in Philly tonight. Played some songs off of Goodness and Home. He forgot some words to one or two songs, but it was still a really cool set.

 

How many songs did he play? I talked myself out of going last minute and wanna know if I should be kicking myself

 

Like a half hour set? Maybe 6-7 songs?

 

Seems like the Ukie Club is getting all the cool shows now. My old ass will probably never make it there
