This needs a tone indicator cause I can't tell if you're joking - I mean, yeah, it's a great mic for podcasts, but it's so much more than that...

 

May be wrong but didn’t Christian literally confirm not too long ago there is no new music coming? Like less that a few weeks ago

Sm7b has been used on many massive records for vocals.. I Use it on all my recordings as well

 

I wish I could run enough power for the Sm7b…I really need to upgrade my interface.

Going to remain optimistic that these are demos they’re working on.

 

that mic has been around since 1973, it was famously used by Michael Jackson (iirc) among many others.

To be fair it’s a great way to exit the scene. Release 3 cult favorite albums and then start selling used buses.

 

I personally value longevity of bands if they think they can make good inspired records

Christian does additional vocals on the tracks “a polite merlot” and “sagittarius A” on this great album

Yessssss and it sounds great
