Where Dey at?

 

Both are fantastic albums, but I like this a little more these days

 

Soft Animal and Two Deliverances may be two of my favorite songs ever. Didn't listen to this until about year after it came out, so I really wouldn't mind a new album so that I could enjoy all the hype of a full album rollout from these guys

 

Other than Dendron, which remains my favorite of their songs, I would probably take almost all of Goodness over Home at this point. Both are legit 10/10 records though.

 

Home would be perfect for me without "Housebroken," that song just barely misses the mark for me. Goodness is absolutely perfect. It shocks me how good it is on every single listen.

 

Yeah I like Goodness better than Home as well. Goodness is pretty much perfect to me.

 

This is very surprising coming from a TEN fan. I always got vibes idk why

 

Eh I can kinda see some TRTC vibes I guess, but yeah idk it’s just probably my least favorite song on the record overall.

Great time of year to play this record lots (not that there's a bad time of year to do so)

End of Reel is one of those songs I really should love, if I take a step back and look at it as ~objectively~ as I can, but a song can do everything “right” on paper and still not entirely resonate with me emotionally. I’ve wanted to feel it for that song since I first heard it, and maybe I will eventually who knows, but I’ve yet to.

I’d put Two Deliverences and Sun over EoR, but the whole album is fantastic. I still listen to the original version of Settle The Scar though, listened to it too much before Goodness came out.

 

Sun is a contender for one of my top 10 songs of the decade.

Yes folks it is time to start thinking about Best of the 2010s lists

 

Sun is mind-blowingly good.

 

This is definitely top 10 album this decade for me

 

This is my favourite album of all time. Listen to it all through once or twice a week.

Sun is good but never been huge on it. Wouldn't call it top five on the album.

 

Soft Animal is my #1 for them.

 

Soft Animal, Two Deliverances, Settle the Scar, and when the band kicks in on Goodness, Pt. 2. A perfect album and one that came out at the perfect time for me.
