Goodness is one of the few recent records that actually affected me

so yeah why not experience that again

 

Haven't listened to Goodness in a long while. That album never hit me like it did for a lot of posters on here, or like Home did for me. Very happy a lot of you formed a tight connection to it. Damn good album regardless

 

I'm really interested in where they go lyrically from here.

Remember when this first released and some people got really indignant about dumb snare hits? Yeah, that was me.

 

I still don't really like Goodness pt 2. Listening to this a lot lately though

 

Yeah it's still my least favorite. People say it wouldn't fit but I think Goodness pt 1 would've been a much better way to start the record. Also, I'm still adamant about skipping the spoken word intro.

 

Listened to HLNPTI as part of my fall albums kick yesterday, and as much as I love it, it basically reaffirmed I prefer Goodness all-around

 

Goodness Pt 2 is great, spoken word is essential, and all y'all skipping those tracks are treasonous

 

Am I crazy or did these guys not really tour this album as much as they should be / should have, etc? Did some members get busy with other stuff ?

 

I’ve seen them 3 times since the album (2 headlining, 1 support) and Christian solo once.

 

I’m just deprived over here in Buffalo I guess haha

 

Weird, I’m in Toronto. I’m surprised how often they’ve come through the last 2 year’s tbh.
