Think the bridge is better on the new version but def still love how raw the old one is

 

Anyone think hotelier may play hlnit tomorrow? Only wondering bc Thursday said it's an "end of the world party" and I don't feel like goodness songs would capture that well ha

 

I doubt that applies to the openers / I'm sure they'll play stuff of their new album haha

 

Settle the Scar is my favourite song on here. What is there to not like about it?

 

Listening to this record one last time in 2016... thankful it exists

 

Did anyone go to their NYE show? Curious about the set list. Apparently they played some It Never Goes Out stuff.

 

yeah those songs are pretty normal for their headlining setlist

 

Can't wait for this band to decide you know what an hour long set is okay to play when you headline but maybe they've decided this since I've seen them

 

Nice to see settle the scar back in rotation

 

Do they play it closer to the goodness way? I don't mean the glitch parts but like the gentler strumming?

 

I've seen it both ways, both pre and post goodness... They definitely play it like it is on Goodness

 

yeah, first time i heard the new version was after they showed the recording of the new bridge on the live stream, on their headliner in november 2015

Yooo, seeing these guys in a couple of weeks and just saw that Crying is the support band so I'm happy about that.

 

To get off topic for a brief second, I just bought tickets to Los Campesinos/Crying and I really haven't been so excited for a concert in awhile. I just know the energy and mood in that room is going to be massively joyful.

The Hotelier is the most important band of my 20s so far.

 

zero hyperbole moment: every time i have seen LC! live its basically been a massive turning point in my life. the amount of peep's i have have grown to be friends with/shared connections via their concerts is just insane. their fanbase is built of such loving people.

 

also: this scares me and i hope its a joke.

 

That's their style of humor, p sure it's a joke
