I'm wondering if they will have a different guitarist for this tour. Oso was hinting at touring this fall on Twitter or something
I'm sure this has already been discussed, but why don't they play Settle The Scar live, or at least very rarely?
I saw them do Settle a year ago or so, and it was a last-minute substitution for Life in Drag because the crowd was too rowdy for the band to encourage the mosh warriors more It's so good man
They did it on the last tour too, saw it on one of the set lists, just prob trying to do different stuff
Didn't they say at the Philly show last week that they're never going to play Settle The Scar when someone asked for it?
i've seen settle the scar three times or so now? including the first time i saw them back in mid 2014, haha
Damn haha. I should have prefaced saying that obviously things can change. I knew they played it every now and then. I was just confused when someone shouted for it in Philly and Christian said something along the lines of "We are never going to play that song." Maybe he meant just for the night/that tour and I misinterpreted what he said.
yeah, saw them do it mobo tour, prawn/foxing tour, and their headliner last november. Settle the Scar by The Hotelier Song Statistics | setlist.fm they definitely still throw it in
I was there and I'm trying to remember... I think he was more or less trying to say that they already knew what they were going to play that night so shouting out song titles doesn't help anything.
That's awesome that you got it for their tour with Foxing and Prawn. I went to my date on that and didn't get it. I'd love to see it live some day.
Yeah, I think that was it. I remember him saying something about their setlist already having been written out
people who call out songs when the band doesn't ask for it are the worst kind of people well, second worst. broteliers are worse
got tickets to the saturday Philly date.. @Zac Djamoos if you go let me know we can meet up.. not ruling out going to both dates but want to see what other fall tours are announced first.
