That sucks. It's so good, pushing my #1 overall hot sauce spot. Amazon isn't helping? I ordered mine from there (I'm in New Jersey, nobody around here sells it either). They have 3-packs on Amazon too.
Only if I want to order from stateside to here which is absurd p&p of course. There was some but it sold out so I'm just gonna keep searching!
My girlfriend got me a bottle of this Reaper based sauce called Do Fear the Reaper, company out of Guelph. Just tossed it with some pasta and sausage and it was incredible. It's sweet with a bit of a jerk taste. Really good stuff. Has anyone tried these Bravado Spice. Co. sauces? I wanna pick up a three pack with these flavors.
Bravado is supposed to be really good. The Blueberry one used to be on Hot Ones but I'm personally not crazy about blueberry in general so I'm not itching to try it. I’ve never had them though. I really want to try the Pineapple Habanero and their like basic red one, personally.
Trying to get the following hot sauces this Christmas season. Let me know if there are some others I should for. Secret Aardvark Queen Majesty - scotch bonnet & ginger Queen Majesty - habanero and black coffee I also want to try the Hot Ones citrus sauce that sits in the middle on the show as well as the Dirty Dicks that is getting some pub lately. I am not as versed in the hot sauce game as others, but I really enjoy hot sauce haha.
I just got the valentine's hot sauce the other day so I'm stoked on that. I'm starting slow and making my way up the board.
I want to make wings with the new bottle of Secret Aardvark that I got... Does anyone have a preferred method for preparing them?
After hearing that Valentina Black is like a better version of Cholula, I need to try it. Doesn't help that I just opened a bottle of Cholula and have an unopened bottle in the cupboard (it was a really good price). I hate wasting things haha.
I've been stanning for it since I first tried it. It's just a straight-up better Mexican-style hot sauce, and I used to be obsessed with Cholula.
Low key putting a hot sauce spreadsheet together so that I can update and filter for new sauces when I’m out at different places.
Alright, since no one here has ever eaten a chicken wing I went with this method: Alton Brown's Buffalo Wing Recipe I halved the amount of butter used and honestly it could probably do with even less, but damn were they tasty! The sweetness of the Secret Aardvark really comes out.
Really Good Oven-Fried Buffalo Wings Recipe This is another method for making oven baked wings that works pretty well. Need some foresight for them as you let them rest salted overnight but the process is really easy.
Not quite hot sauce but... My uncle just brought back three one gallon sized bags of dried lumbre chili peppers (look 'em up). He ground up a bunch and gave me a whole jar of it. All I can say is wow. Probably the best tasting pepper powder (is that what it's called? lol) I've ever had. Sweet, smokey, and really spicy. I'm gonna put it on everything. I used to put cayenne on everything but this is 100% replacing that.

The flavor is basically like a classic red Habanero sauce but with a sweet, fruity twist to it. The ingredients list mango, pineapple, banana, and raisins as ingredients, and you can taste all of those in there to varying degrees. But the fruit flavor isn’t overpowering, it still has an unmistakable hot sauce flavor. In terms of heat level, it’s the sixth sauce on Hot Ones, out of ten, and based on the other sauces I’ve had from the lineup that seems like the right place for it. I have a high tolerance, so to me it’s a solid heat level that is noticeable but enjoyable. It ranks pretty close to Secret Aardvark for me in terms of best hot sauces I’ve had. Worth getting.
