look what just came in the mail! Tasty !

 

got my two los calientes and gin scotch bonnet pepper in the mail yesterday and they are all fire. can't wait for that mustard sauce to get delivered.

 

I should've ordered Los Calientes with my order smh

 

I tried Da Bomb over the weekend. That was my first and definitely last time.

 

ate at this place yesterday and the sandwich was good af, up there with Popeye's and Shake Shack for sure, but maybe even better since I was sweating the entire time I was eating it

I love hot chicken but hot chicken sure don't love me.

 

I feel like I missed the boat on hot chicken because I only got to try it once before I stopped eating meat

Side note, if anyone has suggestions on what I can put hot sauce on besides Morningstar nuggets that would be great

beyond beef burgers
toast
roasted potatoes
vegan hot dogs

 

Hot sauce and mac & cheese is such a beautiful combination.

 

besides the obvious (anything mexican) and what @coleslawed already said...

breaded tofu
egg rolls (with whatever kind of filling you like)
broccoli casserole

 

tortilla chips babay

 

In addition to using tortillas, I find that pita chips are my favorite hot sauce vehicle for snacks/sampling new sauces. I also don't know if it's just me, but Walmart's great value pita chips are my absolute favorite and the bag is huge and a staple in our kitchen.

hell yeah tortilla chips. was drinking some beers with my friend the other day and decided to run a mini gauntlet. sobered up real quick.

edit: garlic reaper is hotter than the ghost pepper mustard but we needed something to cleanse the pallet a little before destroying ourselves

 

Guacamole really benefits from some Green Jalapeño Tabasco

Backed! The green Tabasco has always been my go to for Chipotle bowls in-store.

That TJ Hab sauce packs quite a punch! Love the Torchbearer Tarnation sauce also.

@riotspray this is correct. And we decided to just start with some heat, rather than do like 10 sauces, just cut out the beginning and dive right in haha

 

Just dropped by the grocery store for one thing and left with four kinds of Cholula, four kinds of Melinda's, and Melinda's Chipotle ketchup

Ordered more Los Calientes and, for the first time, Aardvark since most folks love it. What do you ‘Vark nerds like to put it on?

 

Eggs, Pizza mostly

 

Its great on eggs and pizza for sure.

I've pretty much dipped everything into it at some point lol. Even mix it up with some mayo/ranch/sour cream to use for fries.
