Yeah I'm I'm south-central PA I will drive anywhere I need to for that Old Bay sauce. Something I never knew I needed until now.
Saw a bunch of these at Food Lion last night and should've grabbed that one if they had it. I love mustard.
I started the Margot Robbie ep and couldn't believe she was struggling with the first sauce ha. Can't wait to finish later.
i got the recipe sorted out for the next Phaynes Sauce. it's gonna be a blackberry maple sriracha. i'm gonna mess with doubling the ingredients that i've used from the prior sauces to try to get more supply, so i can hit everyone up that asked for some in the past. probably gonna shoot for bottling at the end of the month.
i'm more worried about the consistency than anything flavor-related. my first one was almost a salsa/verde texture, and the last was vinegar-heavy. haven't done a thick/paste-like one yet.
I find that the consistency is always the hardest part for me when making my own sauces. So kudos to the companies who consistently get their consistency right.
oh, i’ve been able to get the consistency i’ve wanted for each of the prior sauces. i just haven’t done this style yet so it is a bit of a shot in the dark haha
Ive only made a handful of sauces. They always come out with good flavor, but each one is either too runny or too thick.
Lol love the first sip of water you take. I’m surprise the Hot Ones is so spicy honestly. Might have to try it.
