I typically refrigerate my sauces also. Except my Valentina Black because that bottle is enormous lol.
I've enjoyed other Yellowbird sauces, but the habanero and some of the other less hot ones have too much of a carrot taste or something for me. I'd never seen the ghost pepper one in the wild before, but came across it that other day and picked it up. It's got a pretty good warmth to it, without being too overbearing, and doesn't taste like carrots.
I've had the garlic before and loved it, so I'm kinda saving it. The Son of Zombie is great as more of a bbq wing sauce and I haven't gotten to Apocalypse yet.
I love Zombie Apocalypse and Headless Horseradish (and Garlic Reaper obviously) I will shill Torchbearer anytime if they ever ask me
I very recently got it and have been so addicted to it, I didn't hear anything about it after release so I was wondering if it was a dud cuz it sounded so good to me yet not much feedback on it, and god it's not a dud it's so fucking good
Haha I don't. It's wild honestly but last fall I was at a discount Amish-run market in Pennsylvania and they randomly had it sitting on shelf for 5 bucks. I checked Yellowbird's website and they normally run you 48 dollars. It was an exceptional find that I literally could not say no to.
I’ve been getting into hot sauce way more the last year or so. Currently obsessed with Habanero Mango from Small Axe Peppers. Any fans?
