We're doing a secret santa at work and I wrote "Hot Sauce" on my paper. I wonder if anyone will actually get me something interesting

 

You’re probably going to get a variety pack of cholula or something

i’ll send ya a bottle of my sauce for xmas matt, i sent nassiff one and it was the only time he’s paid me a compliment

 

if you’re interested in some Hot Sauce that i made/will be making in my next batch, shoot me a PM. i won’t charge you. just lemme know and ill ship ya a bottle. i did this with my last batch for irl friends and it was a jalapeño/mango thing that went over pretty well. this next one is gonna be an ancho chile/habanero/raisin sauce. it won’t suck.

got more responses to this than i expected haha. the hot sauce is fermenting and will be ready in 72 hours. it netted about 50 oz. i’m definitely not gonna be able to get to everyone who PM’d me this batch, since i’m doing some as stocking stuffer things for family and then selfishly want some for myself haha. i’ll see how many bottles of this i can get and then send them out first come first serve to the people who messaged me. if i don’t get to you this batch, you’ll be first for the next one. here’s a pic of my sons.

 

I loooooove raisins in sauces. Bet that will be delicious.

my girlfriends youngest sister loves Franks Red Hot Sauce, and apparently refuses any other kind of hot sauce. Got the Hot Ones trio pack for her for Christmas. She needs to branch out

Frank's Red Hot might be basic, but it's a solid, pretty versatile sauce. She does need to branch out though.

 

Yeah, Frank's is a staple for us and we will only make buffalo chicken dip with it and nothing else haha.

 

They got me two giant bottles of Franks' Red Hot lol

BUT they also included a huge Costco bottle of Whisky so a great Secret Santa all around

I did not need anymore hot sauces but I’m not mad about getting a nice lil gift set from Torchbearer. I got Garlic Reaper, Zombie Apocalypse, and Son of Zombie.

 

@phaynes12 Thanks for the hot sauce! It's really good. Has a nice heat too it, but I didn't find it overwhelming. Great flavor too.
