Seeing it in 2007 was one of my favorite theater-going experiences
Girlfriend and I are attending a 20th anniversary screening of Idle Hands this Saturday as part of the Windy City Horror Fest. The director (who also did Leprechaun 2!) will be there for a Q&A with "a surprise" afterwards. If it's Devon Sawa or Seth Green my older sister will never forgive me.
We will be covering the movie/the fest in our next episode!
Ditto, it was crazy fun being a theater full of film geeks watching that
Surprise guest Dexter Holland!
Let us know how it goes, it's been ages since I've seen it
I will bring my bottle of Gringo Bandito for him to sign... just in case.
I bought that out of curiosity when I saw it at the store, not bad but nothing special
Big news here.
Here an article that talks a bit more about it and previews some other genre films out this year.
Cannes Directors' Fortnight unveils genre-heavy 2019 selection
Did anyone watch Along Came the Devil? I know the exorcism trope is tired in here, but I completely missed this one and the trailer looks fun.
James Wan Producing New Adaptation of Stephen King’s ‘Salem’s Lot’ for New Line!
Anyone watch I Spit on Your Grave Deja Vu yet?
Has anybody seen Monster Party? Looks like fun

“That’s why I’m making sure to describe it as a fairytale,” he continues. “It’s not a million miles away from something like Alice in Wonderland. It’s a psychedelic film. It definitely moves very solidly into psychedelia and so it’s not a million miles away from something like A Field in England in that respect. But there are no solid [comparisons] that I can hand you.”
Quote from Ari Aster on Midsommar. Fuck I’m getting more and more excited to see this. I really hope I’m not letting my expectations get out of control, but every little thing that comes out about this movie just gets me pumped. I can’t help it.
so fuckin excited
This movie is a year and a half away, but here's something.
The Conjuring 3 — Michael Chaves
Took me 3 days but just finished Crystal Lake Memories, just as good as Never Sleep Again
Binged Slasher S2 the past couple of days and liked it but still have alot of questions
Just got done with Into The Dark’s Treehouse and I’m Just Fucking With You.
Treehouse wasn’t as bad as I was expecting after reading tons of negative comments about it. It’s not very scary, and most of it is stupid, but it was enjoyable.
I’m just fucking with you was really good. Probably my favorite so far
In the midst of watching Critters The New Binge... when I saw it’s 8 episodes I’m like, oh it’s a miniseries rather than a new movie. But each episode is roughly 10 minutes long... why not just string ‘em together as a single movie?
This is so bad/campy but I must finish it. I knew going in based on the trailer someone posted a while back. This is Sharknado level bad.
Edit: omg they just did a Matrix bullet time parody! That’s never been done before!!
I recently watched the four Critters movies for the first time and now I am a Critters defender
I don’t think I want to ruin it with the show
They have a full movie coming in July called "Critters Attack!" on digital, dvd and blu.
Dee Wallace is returning.
She’s the best
She is a treasure.
Opinions on Cam? Considering it tonight
well escape room was an absolute waste of time. just made me wanna go watch Cube which is a top 3 movie of all time
