Knocked out Sting first for the Fear Factor category earlier today. Enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Cringed a little bit lol. It was fun with a few decent kills. also saw Toxic Avenger tonight. Enjoyed it. Dinklage was great in the role. Still wish they went full on practical but the cgi wasn’t very distracting
Repo Man was awesome. Was like David Lynch decided to make his version of a quirky They Live with some Halloween 3 bits sprinkled in after watching only the briefcase scene from Pulp Fiction Edit: I wrote this while inebriated so take it for what its worth
it's pretty unlike anything else I've seen, so I get it lol. But also somehow a lot less confusing than it sounds. So much fun
ohhh so that's why i was avoiding The Love Witch. i remember hearing that something about it(s creators) was controversial but forgot the context. also i might've got it mixed up with Ginger Snaps. That one's still okay to watch, right?
Conjuring 4 was fully insane but I kinda loved it. A few really spooky scenes! Laughable climax (that’s what she said)
IT'S OFFICIAL. Josh Ruben signed his contract, we will be showing Heart Eyes followed by a Q&A with him (maybe hopefully hosted by me) on October 10th. I'm so happy/proud of my first experience with programming that I could cry. Anyone near Erie (Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Cleveland), the invite always stands - I can help hook you up if you want to come through for the Fest. We are just waiting on a signature to confirm the second main event will be The Fog with Adrienne Barbeau on Saturday night.
Congrats! That is so awesome. I'd love to find a way to make it one of these years. My wife is from upstate NY so we travel over and up that way every now and again.
Thanks guys! We have discounted hotel rates for guests and I get two all-access passes to share with folks, so just saying...they're always on the table for the homies in the Horror Thread.
I’m trying to decide if I should see Caught Stealing tonight or start working my way through Gore-Us!
Friday, October 10th and Saturday, October 11th! Didn't even stop to watch some Tubi garbo with me, smdh I appreciate the kind words ;)
The Last Drive-In tonight. Religious/cult horror, one South American and one European, both had issues with the church. Sounds like maybe Coffin Joe and The Devils?
