Between the night vision stuff and the helicopter sequence, 28 Weeks Later has to be one of the more underrated mainstream horror sequels/action-horror flicks of all-time
Am I drunk enough to make an argument for Halloween Resurrection being misunderstood?? Probably not, but who's to say.....
I watched 28 Days and Weeks yesterday. Days was obviously still great. Forgot how brutal Jim gets lol. I really enjoyed Weeks - only thing I didn’t love was the dad following them, seemed out of left field lol
it’s a cool premise but everything from finding the mom and onward just doesn’t do anything for me, on this last rewatch I was just mostly bored.
Clown in a Cornfield was a good time. Funny lines, some great kills and pays homage to a lot of tropes. Didn’t know it was a YA Novel, but makes a lot more sense now given the tone and dialogue in the movie.
Enjoyed Until Dawn a lot more than I anticipated. As someone who never played the game, I thought it was a lot of fun and had some great kills.
Bring Her Back fucking ruled. Easily up there with Sinners for the best horror movie so far this year.
Was going to try to double-feature them this weekend, but unfortunately, tomorrow is my theater's last day for Being Her Back. Looking forward to 28 Years Later this weekend, though
