Rosemary's Baby The Omen Prince of Darkness The Seventh Sign The First Omen Longlegs The new Gourley and Rust season should be pretty good. Haven't seen The Seventh Sign or The First Omen.
It’s been so long since I’ve been this excited for a season. Love that they’re mixing some contemporaries in with the classics!
Lol at Shakriel and I semi-lonking up on Clown on a Cornfield and having similar thoughts. Dumb, but fun!
One of the producers(?) of Hell House LLC: Lineage seems to really be melting down about the reception on Facebook
Glad I cancelled my tickets. They really should have stuck with the formula that got them where they are instead of trying to be something they are not especially with a small budget. I also find it incredibly stupid they actually thought the lore the was main draw for people. People care about scary ass clowns, not the dumbass lore that is incredibly convoluted if you include all of the movies. The fact that you had to watch two awful sequels to understand the movie is ridiculous. After how great Orgins was, they really fucked up all of the momentum they had going for them.
I also find it funny that they are basically begging for positive reviews and getting upset about people shitting on the movie on RT. Super desperate and doesn’t make anyone in the fence want to see the movie.
when i saw Superman i thought i hadn't seen him in anything before, come to find out the dude's in Pearl
Started The Bay Last night but wasn’t in the mood. Seemed fun, though. Also started Clearcut, and I’m not sure it’s actually horror despite seeing it on a folk horror list, but it seemed great although I didn’t get to finish because I ended up virtually watching Lady Vengeance with a friend. I’ll probably finish Clearcut tonight and then hopefully find something dumb to throw on. One thing that happened that I found funny is that the other day I mentioned Video Dead in here being under appreciated, and this morning I got a text from my ex with a sketch of the cover art. Apparently she randomly found the movie on my Plex, started it, and thought it was hilarious.
Watching Leaving DC for the second time. I can't say it's good, but I'm a sucker for no budget found footage with weird shit going on in the woods and it's only 76 minutes.
so is there a thread for this whole thing we're doing with the horror films we pick for one another? sorry I just really don't know this site as well as I did back in the day
