as much as i found Wolf Man to be pretty disappointing, I did like the performances from Christopher and Julia. between that and Weapons, i think she's becoming another scream queen worth following. she was also good in The Royal Hotel and Fantastic Four. I haven't seen Ozark or anything else tho
Danny Philippou (co-director of Talk To Me and Bring Her Back) is a talking head in the Netflix Storm Area 51 Trainwreck doc and he is a very annoying guy.
She was in the Rosemary's Baby prequel that went straight to Paramount+ last year. Didn't see it but if got pretty bad reviews.
Until Dawn was a lot of fun. Totally different than I expected from my experience with the game, but totally down for a sequel.
Looked at some of the new releases on Shudder and might do Rats! Has anyone watched Please Baby Please?
Rats! is...not horror, and also insane. Like an Adult Swim version of The Greasy Strangler? But coming of age? Lol
I think I've heard of ppl buying 4k discs not knowing they need a special player and a special TV but tbf that's not really common knowledge
Weapons got me on a modern horror kick. Last night rewatched Barbarian (good), watched Talk To Me (ok), and tried watching Longlegs (kinda not great, boring, turned it off to fall asleep at one point and didn't finish)
