I mean Sinners is a lot more than just a vampire movie, but now I feel like listing some of my faves. Feel free to ignore as I’m sure all of you have seen these anyway! Only Lovers Left Alive Thirst Near Dark Lost Boys Nosferatu (Eggers) I feel like Near Dark is probably boring to a lot of people but imo the vibes are just way too insanely good for me to not consider it a favorite on that alone.
I am watching Lifeforce (practical effects space vampires movie directed by Tobe Hooper) and I think everyone should watch Lifeforce the next time they want to watch a vampire movie
All of the above tbh. Different sections for bluray, horror, animation, television, director if there are multiple, and films with Asian leads/casts and/or written/directed by Asians. Also by series or like MCU, dceu
I don't have a ton, but one cabinet is horror alphabetical, and the other cabinet is boxsets first alphabetical then individual releases alphabetical. I do need to get in there and reorganize though.
I do it by genre. I don't have a lot of DVDs or box sets anymore but the ones I do have are by genre. And most of the TV box sets I have anymore are cancelled Bryan fuller shows so I group those together but I normally wouldn't do it that way I also have a section of Hugh grant movies. So I guess he gets his own genre
Being an A list member is pretty cool. I’m gonna get stoned and see Oh, Hi in an hour because I have nothing better to do!
Is that horror-y? Looks interesting regardless. Liked Molly in Theater Camp and Geraldine in Drive Away Dolls
I’ve read it described as a riff on Misery that veers more toward comedy. Looks fun, but also looks like it could be a bit obnoxious…but so far there’s only one seat taken, and popcorn sounds nice, so why not!
Watched the first two seasons of the Scream TV show. What a gigantic waste of time. Show was way too cheesy for me (especially season 1) and the second season was only marginally better. Wanted to be a Scream completionist, but disappointed the show didn’t really feel like Scream other than the phone calls and some of the kills. Not even bothering with season 3 since it’s a completely different story lol
Since yall are taking about Tobe Hooper, it’s a coincidence I’m watching his iteration of Invaders from Mars for the first time.
