In all seriousness, if the choice is between Nosferatu and something else, the answer is almost always going to be Nosferatu. The Witch is extremely dear to my heart and is one of my all time favorites, but Nosferatu is practically right up there as Eggers’’ best. It’s also just more watchable in general because it’s a bit goofy and not as intense.

Not sure what you've already seen but Eyes Without A Face and The Old Dark House jump to mind. Did not check streaming options tho
Started The Undead with Mystery Science Theater 3000, but it was short-lived because the baby is going through sleep-regression. Have Seen Eyes Without a Face and Night of the Hunter (both bangers), may jump on The Old Dark House next.
