Hokum was good but not great. A few awesome scenes.

 

Oh it’s funny that others mentioned how it reminded of them of 1408. I was going to say it felt very Stephen King and early 2000s horror to me.

 

I love 1408 and am excited to see Hokum tomorrow night

 

Not always one for religious horror, but this sounds sick

 

Just got halfway through my evil angel cult movie. Having a lot of fun writing a monster that uses religion as a tool versus one that proves God is real.

Ready or Not 2 was rather disappointing. Not Scream 7 bad, but definitely underwhelming compared to the first.

 

I’ve long been a fan but haven’t actually read a ton of his work so I’m rectifying that now
