Doing The Last Slumber Party tonight

 

Was this on MST3K? Or was it another slumber movie?

 

Uhhh it might have been but I bought the blu ray a while ago

 

I liked that but would probably enjoy it more with a crowd. Gonna do Day of the Reaper next,
to check off another Murderdrone classic

 

This first 30 mins is Strange Ranger’s Pure Music album lol

 

This is so good and free everywhere

 

I see “murderdrone” and think “ogroff” which means I must watch

 

Definitely a close comparison.

 

If I could tune the entire site to the Murderdrone/Talk Talk/Blue Nile/ambient/jazz wavelength I feel like we could live in harmony

 

Finally did Salem’s Lot tonight. Some interesting deviations from the novel but overall I get why it’s a classic. Crazy that the fella playing Barlow had like 90 seconds of screen time in a 3 hour mini series. Love the Hooper flourishes where the Marsten house somehow resembles the Sawyer house on the interior

 

that Danny Glick in Mark's window scene is so goated

 

Speaking of goated, did Video Violence today. The main theme lives in my head rent free

 

So so so good, that theme and the movie (though I like the sequel even more). TerrorVision has an amazing vinyl release of the OST, highly recommend.

 

Damn I hate it when that happens. Took out two buddies of mine in one go

 

Made the sudden decision to work my way through the Resident Evil films, having only seen the first one and having never played the games. The first one is shockingly fun!

Considering Underworld or SIlent Hill movies (both of which, I have only seen the first) if I somehow survive to the end of the franchise

 

First one isn’t completely awful but man does it keep going way way down from there

 

I have Apocalypse on the schedule tonight so I guess we'll find out lol
