Without sounding like a weirdo/horndog, I always feel that way about Virginia Madsen in Candyman

 

I have a 6month old who is sick and wont sleep so I made the decision to turn it off with 45 mins left. It was great so far, if a bit overlong

 

Two of the best creepy kids in one movie. I could hear her son's voice perfectly as I read that. I stan this movie for all time. Probably what got me into horror as well.

 

That twist still gags me. It was such a cool moment because I was so used to the formula being that you help the evil spirit so it moves on or that the evil spirit is really misunderstood or whatever and that was just the coolest moment and I still geek out over it every time

 

it's so good, the sense of dread it fills me with is unmatched. she never sleeps Rachel...

also think it's really fun how most of the horror is at the start and the end of that movie and the middle is more investigating/putting the pieces together. really cool slowburn format. just a killer movie all round, gotta be the best remake that's not The Thing

 

Is it worth a watch? I like Dane dehan tho feel likely in the minority opinion haha and have always been curious but remember the reviews weren’t the best

 

I’m most likely going to give it a shot tonight since I couldn’t last night. It’s between that and Scary Movie (the one you love) so it depends on my mood although I’m hoping I have the time and attention span for both tbh.

 

Watching NoES 3. Never seen it. Starting off with an Edgar Allen Poe quote nice. Also “Larry Fishburne” lol

 

Yo that Freddy snake was lit. The practical effects in this are superb thus far. New Line was cooking

 

Yup.. 9th grade me was absolutely fucked at the theater with this one. Pretty sure my hands were over my face 75% of the movie.

 

The Ring scarred little teenage me and made me not want to watch horror movies for the longest time, but once I started actually exploring the genre I really liked viral hauntings, like It Follows, Talk to Me, and Smile

 

Just started Retribution and this opening is so sick lol @OhTheWater

 

i just resumed and it keeps getting crazier!

 

Hell yeah. Can’t wait.

Lol yeah that ripped. Climax was insane. Too long but a lot of fun. Threw on the Polonia’s HalloweeNight. Classic

 

Jk I’m gonna start The Fog for the first time

 

oh The Fog rips have fun. one of the cosiest

 

FD Bloodlines was a really fun time
