Yeah, it's only live on the Shudder app. Shudder VOD is on Prime, and we have to sadly wait for tomorrow. I only use Amazon because my PS4 doesn't have the actual app.

Think I'm gonna do a Josh Hartnett double creature feature with 30 Days of Night and the Faculty

Faculty needs a Scream release. So does From Dusk til Dawn

It’s becoming more and more apparent that I need to see 30 Days of Night

I think I saw it in theaters. All of those bad 00s horror films blend together in terms of when I saw them, haha. Stay Alive stands out as the worst

Wife, and I are doing Invisible Man(2020) tonight. Have high hopes since this thread, and people irl tell me how solid it is. Plus I’m a huge Moss fan.

30 days of night is legit good imo. Good vampire film. Cool setting.

Vamp is...exactly what I want! 80s sleeze that’s beautifully shot and full of interesting lighting. 100% becoming a Halloween/fall staple for me. I love this!

Was the Arrow Blu compatible with North American players, or did you go with a Region Free player

Hate that johnny depp is such trash because I enjoy him so much in sleepy hollow. Like not good enough to overlook trash tho.

I thought Haunt was really bad! It's one of the least believable slashers I've seen, which says more about the genre than anything but still

  23. Interesting, I just loved the way it combined multiple subgenres (the haunted house is real/slasher/monster druid cult) with a high body count, strong kills, and a good number of twists and turns.

It forced me to think about how common and unbelievable the horror trope of traumatized young woman overpowers multiple professional killers on their own turf is, and I never got how the childhood trauma made sense in the context of the haunted house

I also remember hating the comic relief character more than usual, which again says something about the genre

  25. I actually felt use of that trope was very believable here, so it sounds like we just disagree. Too bad!
