bought a copy of Mandy today

I also picked up Mandy today. I didn’t want to stream it for $6 and have shoddy quality since it’s a beautiful looking film so I patiently waited, and then forgot it came out on Halloween on Blu-ray. Not sure I’ll get to it tonight, but this weekend, yes.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets also creeped me the fuck out as a kid. Now I watch horror films and they don't scare me at all lol.

 

Scooby Doo, Where Are You? and The New Scooby Doo Movies

Although I did enjoy A Pup Named Scooby Doo

Basically anything that was on Cartoon Network in the late 90s/early 00s

 

I couldn't watch the 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo when it came on late at night

 

Can't quite work out why but it seems that horror films at the cinema attract some of the most ignorant and discourteous audiences around, the last three horror films I have seen have all been made less fun because of others.

 

The Halloween remaster looks so good wow

Watched Unfriended Dark Web yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Ironically, due to all of the small text on the screen I ended up watching it on my laptop.

 

It was much, much better than the first one. The twist was obvious once they let the cat out of the bag but definitely much better than the first one.

 

Did you watch the alternate endings?

 

No I did not. This was a quick Redbox watch and return.

 

Man--the new Suspiria did nothing for me :(

Hopefully seeing Overlord on Friday, hope it is as over the top and fun as the trailer makes it look.
