Had a very fun time watching Clown in a Cornfield. When I read the book it was a very fun slasher and I had such a good time. Those same feelings were met with the movie.

Even though the book is YA, I didn’t expect the movie to be rated R and have some decent gore to it.

I’m a clown corn fan, wish it was even more self aware and dumber if anything.

  3. Kinda wanna watch corn in a clown field but I hate clowns. And fields. And corn!

Ok maybe not that last bit

  4. Fields of clowns?! Nightmare fuel

  8. 1408 is still so good. I may just have a soft spot from seeing it early on, but it really feels like a King story to me. The pacing is great in terms of how it ratchets up in each scene and Cusack does an excellent job considering he's the only actor on-screen for about 70% of the movie. Awesome dream sequences and production design. Underrated!

The more time that passes since I watched The Ugly Stepsister, the more I think it’s something special. It reminds of when I first watched The Loved Ones or, to a lesser extent, Hatching; two unique directorial debuts that I still think about years later. Highly recommend it.

I might try to catch Bloodlines on Saturday if I’m not too tired (running a half marathon in the morning!) and the theater doesn’t seem too crowded.

  18. Planning on making my triumphant return to theaters to double-feature Friendship and Bloodlines at the end of the month (I'm seeing relatively positive things about Bloodlines on Letterboxd so far)

Friendship was great. Not a horror movie unless you’re a man and it’s hard for you to make friends

Not trying to be annoying but you should really see Sinners in theaters if it’s still playing by then!

Friendship is what i'll likely see if anything this weekend.

Watched some schlocky horror movies last night: legion and supernova. neither very good of course but amused me at times.

  23. I'd definitely like to, and I have a feeling it will be, just gotta make the time for it.
