I was about to hate on the prices of the A24 stuff, but now I'm heavily considering ordering the ISTTVG shirt

I genuinely don’t see it that way and it’s just NEON poking a little fun at A24’s merch practices while promoting their movie. Maybe it’s a little petty but it’s a funny ad as a A24 fan so I don’t see the genuine harm in it.

 

I mean I was going off what other people said. Either way, it’s pretty petty since we don’t know the relationship there and just know they’re competitors. It’s not like it’s a big deal, and I do think the actual joke is funny, doesn’t mean it can’t still be lame if they’re actually starting drama for no reason.

i'd been noticing a lot of my recent faves were Neon, which got me thinking of other prominent horror distributors: A24, Blumhouse, IFC Midnight and... what was that other one?

Love, love, love how insane and provocative Two Thousand Maniacs! still is. Wish I could find some similar hillbilly horror or more splatter stuff from the 60s.

 

Haven't watched the trailer yet bc I'm hoping it shows up in theaters but I love love looove KMT and I'm glad to see a VietAm actress in my fav genre

$50 is not bad for this, and I'm tempted since they're limited, but I have Vinegar Syndrome stuff I still need to watch (plus significantly less spending cash now).

Blow Out is part of the Intrigue series and I haven't listened so I couldn't tell you, BUT I will be rewatching and listening to that episode because Blow Out is awesome

 

This is me just guessing but Spyglass movies seem to have an at least 45 day theatrical window. So if anybody is waiting to watch Heart Eyes for free, I'm guess March 25th. Same day as The Monkey.

 

Night of the Creeps is seriously such a blast. Criminal that we only got three films from Fred Dekker.

I just bought The Host (Bong Joon Ho) and Let the Right One In and I'm not entirely sure I don't already have them...

 

This was my legitimate gateway to horror. My parents had a cable descrambler back in the early 90s, and for whatever reason, I was left posted up in front of this bad boy. What an absolute gem of a film.

 

Not really horror, but I'm doing the director's cut of RoboCop tonight. I keep going to watch Presence but feeling like I might need to be in a certain mood for it.
