i think most CW shows were filmed in Canada. so the Winchesters traveling all around the U.S. ...weren't.

yup. all about tax breaks. it's dependent on the state to offer them - otherwise production moves.

 

I think you're right. Iowa had that about 15-20 years ago and alot of movies were filmed here.
