I saw the last John wick movie at the Cinemark XD theater and thought my ears were bleeding at the beginning when he was punching that wood stand thingy

 

Unrelated but I need to rewatch that

Did My Bloody Valentine today and its got some real great vibes. My wife’s bday is tomorrow and she was lusting after the aesthetic of the valentine’s day party portrayed in the movie

 

you should change this, and I say that as a guy who isn't really even into action movies

 

I know I need to. Just haven’t really been pressed. One of these days i’ll set out to binge them

 

I've checked out on this season. I'm fine with Matt indulging himself, I'm sure there's an audience for it, but they need to tackle a big horror franchise next. Kind of a bummer that Matt doesn't want to engage with some of the bad sequels in franchises, there's still a lot to be discussed even with the lesser movies, Blank Check does it all the time. I get that they are busy, but it does feel like the show is often an afterthought, I wish they'd put a little more time into planning rather than deciding everything on a whim at the end of each season. When they're firing on all cylinders, it's still a great show.
