Watched Tales of Halloween which was pretty fun lol

 

I think it's good, I just don't think it's great

Hell yeah, we love a cheap Halloween-themed anthology

 

I shared my thoughts before. I do want to revisit though, my expectations were extremely high and I kinda liked The Marvels. I probably won't be as harsh, but it doesn't touch the original.

Stir of Echoes was ok. Not bad or anything

 

Fuck that movie. My skin still crawls when I think of the fingernails scene.

Watched Island Zero, a decent low budget film.

 

Love stir of echoes but it is also prob a ton of nostalgia from it feeling integral to my childhood

Love F13 2009. I was too stubborn to appreciate it when it came out, but it clicked a few years later and I’d say it’s one of my favorites now.

 

It’s the best remake of that era.

Today is a day of being hungover, so I watched comfort movies in House of 1000 Corpses and Devil’s Rejects. Both still are all timers for me.

Strangeland auto played next. Never watched it, but the cast and premise is interesting
