I saw the trailer for The Crow before Furiosa, I haven't seen the original, kinda interested in seeing FKA Twigs in a movie but idk? vibe feels off

I will be returning to that and Big Trouble soon, but considering I just watched Frankenhooker, I went eith Basket Case and it's the right choice. Hennenlotter is a fucking King of Camp

 

Started the movie on shudder that has cm punk. So far it's a great bad watch. CM and his wife buys a house in the suburbs that he's trying to fix up. The best is when he's at the bar and the employee is like "straight guys don't have good luck in that house. But I'm sure you will." AND MR. PUNK ASKS NO QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT THAT IS SUPPOSED TO MEAN.

And he touches so many sketchy fluids and substances in this house with no gloves or hesitation whatsoever lmao

I'm only halfway thru. Will finish when I'm at the gym next

 

About thirty minutes into In a Violent Nature and am enjoying it far more than I would’ve expected.

Wrapped up Alien Covenant this morning and I liked it SO much more than I did upon my initial viewing. I remember really disliking the decision to wipe out all the engineers so quickly but this time around David’s whole motivation being driven to ruthlessly create at any cost worked for me. I’m just bummed I have no more Alien movies to watch :(

 

MaXXXine was such a good time. Probably my favorite of the 3. Mia Goth continues to impress.

 

Not horror but have any of you watched Riddle of Fire yet? My girlfriend wasn’t really feeling it so I’m going to finish it on my own tomorrow but I was pretty into it.

We did Pearl and X last night in that order and I actually came out liking X a bit more than I did previously. Pearl is still the GOAT, but yeah, highly recommend that viewing experience.

 

That's how I rewatched them before seeing MaXXXine too. A lot more fun that way imo

 

Pearl really did enhance X for me this most recent go-around. Curious to try the X into MaXXXine sequence at some point
