Accidentally posted this in the wrong there. So I got pretty great horror trailers before Immaculate then this happened…


…and the movie just cut out lol

Edit: nobody else got up so I went out to tell someone and the employee I talked to said “I fucking hate this theater”. I agree. It’s the biggest AMC theater near me and it doesn’t even have recliners still. This is also the 3rd time this has happened to me here. I stopped coming here before Covid but it was closer for my friends that live further away

 

I hope they gave you free tickets

 

I saw the Taylor Eras Tour movie at a theater in New Hampshire and they didn’t have a working soda machine and they didn’t turn the lights off in our room until I went out and told someone to do it.

 

The lights thing happened to me in a theater recently too. They were cool about it and all but when it’s matinee hours and your theater only has like 3 or 4 screens it’s like… come on

 

They did not. The others times they handed vouchers after the movie. The like 6 employee waiting outside didn’t even say a word to us. lol. But no big deal, i don’t care.


Immaculate wasn’t amazing but definitely a good watch. I’ll probably watch it again

Yeah I think it’s more of a home movie. But my friend is 7 months pregnant so I wasn’t gonna fight her on it lol

 

Also I thought I was crazy because we got a full trailer for Cuckoo before the movie and I was like “I don’t remember them releasing this” and that’s because they didn’t. Trailer was fucking awesome

 

That better be hitting the internet soon lol

 

Echoed! It looks wild. A pretty good run of horror trailers before Immaculate tbh. I’m coming around on The First Omen as well.

 

Yoooo Immaculate was dumb as hell in the best way lol super briskly paced, fucked up, gory, goofy, and mostly self-aware. The reveal is absolutely insane, Malignant-level stuff. And Sydney Sweeney is good! See this one in theaters if you can, I had a blast

 

Late Night with the Devil was wild! Not anything absolutely terrifying, but definitely unnerving and I had a lot of fun. Will definitely add to the Halloween rotation.

I’ll honestly say that my theater experience may have been affected by my dislike for the theater and the whole cutting out for like 15-20 minutes.

So maybe don’t listen to me about whether this is worth going to see. Lol. I enjoyed the movie regardless if that says anything

 

I’m seated for Immaculate now.

Yeah, Cuckoo trailer was sick. Also got Longlegs. Very in for both of those.

 

Same! I was stoked to see them and The Strangers trailer on the big screen.

Don’t really care about the Quiet Place prequel. Got that Tarot movie that looks like it’ll be generic shit but I’ll still download and watch anyway. Lol And it was my first time seeing the First Omen trailer, which I wasn’t expecting to be kinda down for

 

I mean, I was already gonna go, but dang, I need to see those trailers on the big screen haha

 

Tarot looks like an early 2000s teen horror movie in a so bad it might be good kind of way

just kind of over A Quiet Place tbh, fully expecting the gimmick to be the same this time

 

We did not get The First Omen trailer, but I'm not really interested in that one anyways. Not huge on religious horror, which is why I was pleased that Immaculate was pretty batshit and not a generic possession movie.
