Thoughts on the best way to do picks for each week? I feel like there are going to be so many of us who want to participate, I was kind of hoping for something more randomized

Oh yeah definitely do your thing at the end, I was just thinking for sorting our own lists

 

Could create a poll and have us vote on it

 

Compile a list of 20.

Roll for initiative.

 

There’s always one of those sites where you just put in a list and it’ll randomly pick an option for you. Pretty sure Excel also has a feature like that, but I forget how to do it. But yeah everyone could just throw in their recommendations to you and then you randomize it every week.

 

Let's do it like that - everyone is allowed to send me one pick each week by Thursday at 11pm EST, and then I'll announce the film for the following week (Friday - Friday) the next day around 9am or so. I'll use a randomizer to pick, and I'll just continue to accumulate picks in a list, so if it doesn't get picked for that week, you don't need to resubmit it. We'll never run out!

 

And just officially, if you'd like to submit a list for the thread's Top 25 Horror Films of All-Time, post that in here by the 23rd of this month! (I would be as subjective as possible because that will make the list a lot more interesting than one that's trying to be objective!)

Looks like it could be a fun enough big-budget summer creature feature. The second one was insane and not in a good way.
