Man..that is SO awesome!

 

Been so busy lately but threw The Thing on last night after the strong vibes that True Detective S4 have been putting out. What a grade A classic. I read that initially they wanted Hooper to do it? That's fun to consider, but what we got is just too perfect.

 

Tremors is still so, so much fun. The nighttime car attack scene always gave me a good scare as a kid.

 

Well, this looks terrifying. Can't wait to throw money at it!

Immaculate looks...interesting. Stopmotion looks fucking crazy.

 

I’d be more excited for Immaculate if she wasn’t such a bland actor. She’s not that bad in Euphoria or White Lotus, but anytime I see her in a movie trailer it’s just bad

 

I liked The Voyeurs and Nocturne

 

Oh crap, you’re right I actually didn’t mind her in The Voyeurs either, which I believe is the same director as this actually. But idk, I thought she looked pretty bad in that romcom, Madame Web, and this. But also Madame Web just looks like pure shit in general. I’d be happy to be proven wrong when I see her in more stuff though because I do like her.

 

This is the only way they could get me excited for another Exorcist movie

 

Finally got around to watching Thanksgiving last night. Both my wife and I had a blast with it. Major Scream vibes, but that's more than alright. It was past time for an annual, Thanksgiving-themed horror flick.

 

Did Silence of the Lambs last night. Hits different 30 years later, but still a really great film. Demme and his entire cast were firing on all cylinders.

Tonight, I watched House (1977) for the first time and boyyyy was it nuts. I loved it haha.

 

House is so fun, I like it the more I think about it

 

House is great. Still have not watched House II though

 

Finally watched The Funhouse last night. It was really, really good! Looked great and made up for its lack of kills with a unique style and story.
