I may see it if they change the ending. I'd rather not see it again lol

So fucking dark for American audiences if released the way it was originally.

I’ve, embarrassingly, never seen that film. I’ve had it somewhere on the queue for years, but never gave it a run.

  6. Oh yeah that movie was so fucked up. And not in a fun way.

Speaking of KIDS is that documentary that came out a couple years ago any good?

we've seen the shadow of the axe before Supporter

First one is great, but the second is an all-timer.

If you ever look at my Letterboxd, I rewatch the first three Scary movies at an unhealthy rate.

I already posted the first teaser I think, but I missed the 2nd one last week and another one was released just now. This is most likely Longlegs from Osgood Perkins, starring Maika Monroe and Nic Cage. No confirmation though.

  15. Man, Destroy All Neighbors was SO fun. Not quite great, but it's close. Alex Winter is so well-cast. The whole thing feels like Bill and Ted by way of Evil Dead 2. Shades of Psycho Goreman and Fried Barry, too. The practical effects are so good.

  16. Friend floated me a password for Night Flight and there is a LOT of good stuff there. Like, entire Severin and Vinegar Syndrome sections.

  17. Just got out of It’s What’s Inside at the Sundance Film Festival. Keep an eye out for this one, for suuuuure. It’s so good.

Don’t read or watch anything about it before seeing it though, if you can help it.

  18. Rewatched The Hunt tonight and really, really enjoyed it. Equal parts on the nose and very funny.

  19. Tbh I liked The Hunt a lot more than I thought i would. I was in the middle of watching Mrs Davis tho and may or may not have been obsessed with Betty Gilpin at the time

  20. Finally watched The Slumber Party Massacre and kind of thought it was just okay. Fun enough, scratches the itch, but there's nothing special to it. Next up, Manhunter for WGAR

  21. Can't remember the name of it, but I went to see Godzilla last night and a trailer for a Blumhouse movie about a haunted teddy bear played before it. Looked ridiculous lol.

I actually didn’t watch the trailer until now, but I remember seeing when it got posted a couple months ago. Definitely looks about how I expected, but I’ll check it out still. The director doesn’t give me much faith. I liked Cry Wolf when it came out and I was dumb kid, but that movie fucking sucks. Lol
