Ehhh idk really. It's an Argentinean film. Very bleak but also balls to wall and very gory. It's a zombie/possession movie.

The Haunting Hour is something that I would have loved to seen as a kid. It probably would have been formative for me and it just oozes Halloween in the best way.

There’s a movie on HBO right now called Rubber about a car tire with telekinetic abilities that murders animals and humans, apparently.

 

Yeah I absolutely loved Talk To Me and I’m very glad went in blind. Just some great emotional story telling with very intense horror. The actress who played Mia was really good.

 

It's a Quentin Dupieux film. I recommend everything he's done.

 

When Evil Lurks - bleak as fuck. Damn. I’m glad I made that the first of a double feature tonight so I’d have a few hours to shake it off

 

just watched The Final Chapter. did not expect bald Corey Feldman murking Jason Voorhees to be the hardest thing I've seen in years but it was. Crispin Glover was hilarious too. easily the best one I've seen thus far

 

Alright, time to make some progress on my lists- Book of Shadows is up next

I just saw it for only the second time this past week and it was an immediate favorite of the series for me

Love that it ramps up the action and love that it sets the table for one of the most directionless and confusing franchises when it comes to locking down a timeline and story thread

 

I also watched Return of Michael Myers last night because I just fully committed to watching the entire series of the 70s-90s releases since there are a lot of them that I haven’t seen

 

I don't think Flux Gourmet is Dupieux but I've had it on my list forever and will move it up to the top per your rec
